Heritage House Trophies & Awards Inc. is committed to customer service. “Do it right the first time!” is our motto. We take pride in producing top quality workmanship on all the things we do.
Our History
Heritage House Trophies & Awards started out as James Frames & Trophies in 1991 by Barb James.
Originally operating as a home-based business we moved into our first retail location in the Bay Cedar Plaza in Cobble Hill in 1999. In 2000 we purchased long time Cowichan Valley trophy business, Trident Trophy, incorporated their strong tradition of customer service and moved forward from here. With this growth we added our first employee in 2000.
In 2005 we relocated the business to our old location in Duncan and changed the name to Heritage House Trophies & Awards Inc. Our staff increased to three.
In 2010, John joined Barb and Heritage House Trophies & Awards expanded to Victoria. Staff grew to five.
We soon outgrew our original location in Victoria and as such, necessitated a move.
In 2012, we opened in our new location in the Reflections Building on Veterans Memorial Parkway.
In 2019, we once again outgrew the original “heritage house” in Duncan and moved our shop across the highway to its current location.
In 2021, Barb and John retired, selling the Victoria store and handing over ownership and control of the business to Becky James.
In 2024, the business relocated once more and continues to thrive.
